Job Requirements

THIS IS A 2 SHIFT ROTATION EVERY 2 WEEKS. Days & Afternoons or steady midnights

Must have 12 Grade Education

Must have own reliable transportation (not on a bus route)

Must have at least 1 year manufacturing experience in automotive

Job duties:

• General manufacturing/assembly
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures
• Opportunity to learn multiple jobs and grow within the company
• Achieving daily production requirements by working with a skilled team
• Building on our safety-oriented environment by ensuring all safety requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Loading materials into production machines

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Must have the ability to understand/follow basic operator instructions.
• Must demonstrate basic reading, writing, mathematical skills, normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; must be able to provide accurate and timely information to the Supervisor or co-workers with respect to own operation.
• Committed to continuous improvement, learn continuously on the job through workplace training.
• Education:  Secondary School (required)
