About the Role
The Body Shop Manager will be responsible for the profitable operation of the Body Shop. He will carry out this responsibility by operating his shop at maximum production while controlling costs and setting and obtaining profit objectives. As an insurance-preferred Body Shop, this Management role is responsible for ensuring compliance with processes and procedures, motivating and coaching team members for top performance, improving efficiencies, and maintaining an excellent customer experience. We have a state-of-the-art franchised facility, qualified production staff and an excellent reputation in our community.
