We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Door-to-Door Supervisor to lead our team of sales representatives in door-to-door sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing training and coaching, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and performance goals.

• Training and Coaching: Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in door-to-door sales.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, sales representatives, and senior management.
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales acumen and understanding of sales principles and practices.
