Lead & Oversee Materials Flow: Manage inventory levels, warehousing, procurement, and shipping, ensuring seamless material movement from raw materials to finished goods.
Optimize Inventory Management: Establish and maintain inventory objectives, improve stock rotation, and minimize obsolete inventory.
Drive Production Efficiency: Develop and oversee the master production schedule, ensuring cost-efficient production and on-time customer shipments.
Enhance Systems & Processes: Utilize SAP and other tools to streamline procurement, logistics, and production planning.
Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement & Safety: Lead by example, promoting best practices, compliance with workplace safety, and operational excellence.
10+ years of experience in automotive materials/logistics management.
Expertise in ERP systems for inventory, procurement, and production planning.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
A strategic mindset, driving improvements in product and system flow.
Knowledge of employment and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving challenges.
