Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, supporting growth and profitability.
- Strategic Planning: Focus on strategic planning and goal-setting, directing company operations.

Requirements:
- Global Operations Experience: Comprehensive understanding of global operations, quality, and manufacturing techniques in the automotive industry.
- Plant Management Experience: Proven experience in plant management.
- University Degree: Required.
