Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks that ensure the efficient operation of our facility. This position is essential in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the overall productivity of the warehouse.

 

As an Assembly Line Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team will contribute to the overall success of our production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products and components as per specifications.
  • Production Run Packaging – small to large items based on customer orders
  • Customer based / specific order fulfillment
  • Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize hand tools and machinery to fabricate parts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
  • Picking, processing, packing orders and cycle counts
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Demonstrate good housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe work environment

 

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Logistics an asset
  • Ability to read, understand and comply with work directions, training manuals and safety rules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
