We have an exciting opportunity in the Windsor-Essex Area for an Assembler!
Purpose of the position:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling of application-specific fluid power and power transmission components and products ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing environments to contribute to the production process efficiently and safely. This is a unionized environment.
Pay range: $19-23/hr

What you will do:
· Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other equipment to assemble parts and components in a fast paced environment
· Keep up with production and targets for production
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
· Inspect assembled components for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve processes.
· Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and report any issues or discrepancies.
What you will bring:
· Experience with machining, welding, or mechanical assembly preferred.
· Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and schematics.
· Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical instructions.
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
· Prior experience with manufacturing or assembly processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
Requirements:
· MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
· MUST HAVE A GRADE 12 DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
· MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
· MUST MAINTAIN EXCEPTIONAL ATTENDANCE
