Salary: $90,000-145,000 USD

What you will do:
· Leverage Your Network – Utilize your existing industry connections to drive new business opportunities in automotive, aerospace, medical, consumer goods, and other manufacturing sectors that rely on tooling and mold solutions.
· Sales & Client Acquisition – Identify, engage, and secure long-term partnerships with manufacturers, Tier 1 & 2 suppliers, and other high-value clients.
· Market Expansion – Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth in key industry segments.
· Relationship Management – Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized tooling and mold solutions.
· Project Coordination – Work closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial sale to delivery.
· Industry Expertise & Competitive Analysis – Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to position the company ahead of the competition.
· Negotiation & Contract Management – Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term client relationships.
What you will bring:
· 5–10+ years of progressive experience in packaging sales (industrial, automotive, engineered, or custom packaging).
· A strong existing network of decision-makers in OEMs, Tier suppliers, or major manufacturing environments.
· Solid understanding of packaging materials and solutions (returnable/reusable, dunnage, corrugate, thermoforming, wood, protective packaging).
· Proven track record of generating new business and managing complex accounts.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to understand manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
· Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
· Willingness to travel throughout Michigan and surrounding regions.
