What you will do:
We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented CNC Operators to join our team in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow your career in a supportive workplace, we want to hear from you!
· Operate CNC machinery and equipment to produce quality parts according to customer specifications
· Read and interpret production procedures, technical drawings, and use calibrated equipment accurately
· Inspect materials for defects and verify packaging meets work order and quality requirements
· Secure materials using tape or banding; pack finished parts according to shipping priorities
· Notify supervisor of any products that do not meet specifications
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times
· Print and apply labels from the system to ensure accurate material tracking
· Maintain a strong attendance record and adhere to all company policies and quality procedures
What you will bring:
· Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
· Reliable transportation (not accessible by public transit)
· Availability for steady day and afternoon shifts
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Computer literacy and ability to follow digital or printed instructions
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic required
· Basic knowledge of machinery operation and ability to read technical drawings – asset
