Requirements:
· You must have reliable transportation (no bus route available)
· Must be available for day shift and night shift
· Continental Shift work (12 hours shift, 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am) – switching every 2 weeks from days to nights
Job Description:
· Can do heavy lifting
· Manufacturing Experience
· Handling dies to the shop for cleaning and maintenance.
· Comfortable with the use of chemical.
· Pulling schedules to the press
· Being well organized is key
· Multitasking
· Computer skills
· Communication Skills
· Prior factory experience
· Sandblasting dies
· Reading Work Orders
· Able to use basic hand tools, hammers, chisels, die grinders etc.
· Grade 12 diploma
Below not required but is very helpful.
· Bridgeport milling machine knowledge is an asset
· Blueprint reading is an asset
· Welding experience is an asset
· Able to use a measuring tape and Vernier (calipers)
