The Director of Sales and Program Management lead the sales strategy, key customer relationships, and cross-functional program execution. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing customer programs, and ensuring that sales and program initiatives align with company goals and customer satisfaction.
Salary range: $120-170k per year

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational revenue and growth targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition efforts.
· Manage relationships with key clients and serve as the escalation point for customer concerns.
· Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and performance expectations.
Program Management:
· Oversee the execution of major customer programs from award to launch, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality expectations are met.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and finance.
· Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
· Communicate project status and customer expectations effectively across the organization.
Leadership & Strategy:
· Develop long-term account strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
· Participate in pricing, contract negotiations, and capacity planning.
· Build and lead a high-performance sale and program team, providing coaching and succession planning.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
· 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and/or program management within manufacturing, automotive, or a related industry.
· Proven experience leading teams and managing large customer programs.
· Strong understanding of financial principles, project management, and customer lifecycle management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
