We are looking to hire a Forensic (Structural) Engineer or Engineer in the Windsor, ON Area!
Our client’s ideal candidate is a hardworking, organized and responsible problem solver, who is willing to learn, able to multi-task and is comfortable communicating with clients. Salary range: $100-$150k /year

What you will do:
• Attending at sites to carry out inspections of buildings damaged by fire, wind, vehicle impact, etc.,
• Preparation of causation and damage assessment reports,
• Engineering design of small structural repairs/renovations,
• Preparation of scopes of repairs and design drawings, and
• Construction review and preparation of construction administration documents.
This is not a remote position and requires the successful candidate to be in the office or on site full-time.
What you will bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
· Relevant structural engineering experience across industrial, commercial, or institutional projects; open to varying levels of experience with strong technical fundamentals
· Strong working knowledge of Canadian codes and standards, including OBC, CSA S16 (Steel), CSA A23.3 (Concrete), and applicable load standards
· Site-focused experience supporting construction activities, including site visits, responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and coordinating with contractors and trades
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients
· Proficient with AutoCad, Microsoft Excel and Word
· A valid G license and a vehicle.
