Overview:
The Fulfillment Coordinator is accountable for all fulfillment facilitation and inventory control activities based at our client's Fulfillment Centre in Windsor, Ontario
The ideal candidate must have fulfillment and inventory control experience with sustained success, as well as experience in automotive after-market distribution.
Salary range: $50-60K/year

What you will do:
· Providing supervision and coordination for the day-to-day sales facilitation activities of a high volume, high demand, delivery time sensitive fulfillment centre warehouse distribution operation: Sales facilitation, Customer Service, Warehousing, Customer Order Fulfillment, Customer Order Delivery, Inventory Control: Purchasing, Receiving, Order Pick/Pack; Inventory Replenishment, Accounts Payable.
· Direct Supervisory Reports: Fulfillment Lead; Fulfillment Service Representative(s)
· Provide Leadership and set an example for working safely, diligently, efficiently, and effectively.
· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
· Proficiently manage and participate in all aspects of customer service to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction to business objective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What you will bring:
· Professional, Positive, Determined, Customer-Centric, Hands-On, Can-Do Attitude.
· Experience and success in supervising people in a distribution business environment.
· Excellence in organization, time management, and communication skills.
· Forklift Experience with an active license preferred. Will train for the specific Branch Lift Equipment.
· Physically capable. Ability to Lift 50lbs.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent Math Skills.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
