Job description:
Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals with a willingness to learn and grow with our company. This role involves working on diverse projects using lightweight concrete for creating outdoor fire pits, enclosed fireplaces as well as interior and exterior wall cladding for residential and commercial applications.
This position is located in Kingsville, ON, therefore reliable transportation is essential.

Responsibilities:
· You will be working with light weight concrete for very high-end Firepits as well as Interior & Exterior Cladding. This is very specific to the Industry - no heavy lifting but this is a physical job as everything is handmade
· Opportunities for advancement in Canada and US
· Must have excellent/strong attendance and a great attitude and a willingness to learn
· Some construction experience preferred
· Will be prepping the molds and packing light weight concrete for specific projects
· Must be able to work in a team environment
· Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to follow specific instructions
· 6 to 8 weeks of training provided
· must have your own reliable transportation as this position is NOT on a bus route
Hours will be 7:30am-4:30pm - 30-minute lunch Monday - Friday
· Day Shift Only
· *Pay increase after 12 months of continuous work*
SKILLS REQUIRED
· Must know how to read a tape measure
· Must have good hand and eye co-ordination
· Must have basic math skills
· Must be able to work in a physical environment
· No heavy lifting involved
