Job Overview We are currently hiring Industrial Cleaners to join our dedicated team. This position involves performing thorough cleaning and maintenance of industrial and commercial paint booths facilities to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in custodial or commercial cleaning. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness and safety of various industrial settings through professional cleaning services.
Responsibilities
· Perform detailed cleaning of industrial and commercial paint booths including the floors, walls, equipment, and fixtures within the booths
· Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers
· Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning tasks
· Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards
· Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
· Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
· Midnight shift schedule is required - 8 hour shifts
Requirements:
· Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
· Ability to adhear to a midnight shift schedule Monday to Friday
· Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
· Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Must be able to pass background checks as required by the company policies
