Must be able to work 12 hours continental shifts 12 hour shifts, rotational (2 weeks days, and 2 weeks nights) and continental (2 days on, 2 days off, and off every other weekend)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of sheet metal press machines. This is a physically demanding role ideal for candidates with manufacturing or machine operating experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up, operate, and maintain metal stamping press equipment
· Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
· Maintain accurate production and machine operation records
· Inspect parts and verify they meet quality specifications
· Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
· Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) properly
· Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and measurements
· Report any product deviations or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
· Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
· Participate in all required training and orientation sessions
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
· Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production setting
· Basic understanding of mechanical principles and machinery
· Must have reliable transportation (location not accessible by public transit)
· Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
· Positive attitude and strong communication skills
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (asset)
· Forklift certification is an asset, but not required
