Pay and/or Salary: $18.50-$19.25 pr/hr

Responsibilities:
THIS IS A 2-SHIFT ROTATION EVERY 2 WEEKS.
Days & Afternoons or steady midnights
Must have 12th Grade Education
Must have own reliable transportation (not on a bus route)
Must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience in automotive
Job duties:
· General manufacturing/assembly
· Ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals
· Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures
· Opportunity to learn multiple jobs and grow within the company
· Achieving daily production requirements by working with a skilled team
· Building on our safety-oriented environment by ensuring all safety requirements are met
· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
· Loading materials into production machines
Qualifications:
· Must have the ability to understand/follow basic operator instructions.
· Must demonstrate basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills, normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Manual dexterity
· Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form; must be able to provide accurate and timely information to the Supervisor or co-workers with respect to own operation.
· Committed to continuous improvement, learn continuously on the job through workplace training.
