We have an exciting new role for a Production Supervisor for a Top Tier One company in the Windsor area!
Purpose of the role:
Our client, a high-volume automotive manufacturer in the Windsor-Essex region, is seeking experienced Production Supervisors to lead production teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is best suited for a hands-on manufacturing leader from a large-scale production environment who is comfortable driving performance through KPIs, continuous improvement, and strong floor leadership.

Salary range: $70-90K/year
