Responsibilities:
· Manage a portfolio of IT projects, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion, including infrastructure, systems, and networking deployments;
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget allocation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements;
· Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, vendors, and clients;
· Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery;
· Utilize project management methodologies and tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards;
· Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing proactive solutions while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction;
· Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus;
· Proven experience (3 years) as an IT Projects Manager with a focus on infrastructure, systems, and networking deployments in the IT industry;
· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, Microsoft Project);
· Working knowledge of ConnectWise and Moovilla an asset;
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams towards successful project outcomes;
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure;
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, clients, and team members;
· Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
