We are seeking a dynamic results driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead the strategic growth of a top food manufacturer!
Purpose of the role:
To execute innovative strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate excels in closing deals, managing key accounts, leading high-performance sales teams, and translating market trends into actionable insights.
Salary range: $120-170K/year + bonus

What you will do:
· Develop and execute a robust, data-driven sales strategy to drive short- and long-term revenue growth.
· Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for national retailers.
· Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions.
· Foster strong relationships with existing key accounts to drive retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
· Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance, adjust tactics, and capitalize on market opportunities.
· Forecast sales volumes accurately and contribute to supply chain planning.
Marketing and Brand Development:
· Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.
· Develop product positioning, packaging strategies, and promotional plans aligned with customer needs and market trends.
· Manage digital presence, and promotional events to boost brand visibility and engagement.
· Leverage social media, digital marketing tools, and customer insights to support brand growth and product awareness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Partner with R&D, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to bring new products to market and improve existing offerings.
· Work closely with the Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure profitable pricing and reliable order fulfillment.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with food industry regulations, labeling standards, and marketing guidelines.
What you will bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
· Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in food or CPG manufacturing.
· Proven success in achieving or exceeding aggressive sales targets in a competitive market.
· Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
· Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales performance tools.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· In-depth knowledge of retail and foodservice channels, distribution networks, and consumer behavior.
