Skilled General Laborers Wanted (Brampton)

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented General Laborers to join our Aluminum Extrusion and Metal Manufacturing team in Brampton. If you understand the mechanics of the machine and take pride in the quality of your work, we want you on our floor. We have many opportunities available and we are looking for the following:
Open Roles:
· Saw Operators & Stretchers
· Assistant Press Operators
· Lead Packagers
· Packaging Associates

What You’ll Be Doing:
· The Technical Stuff: Operate and adjust press machines, manage tooling stacks, and understand die configurations.
· Precision Work: Inspect parts for defects to ensure top-tier quality.
· Operations Support: Use hoists to load/unload materials and support daily warehouse flow.
· Packaging aluminum extrusion products into appropriate packaging
· Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
What You Bring to the Table:
· Experience: Proven background in Manufacturing, Metal, or Aluminum Extrusion (Tool & Die or CNC experience is a huge asset!).
· Reliability: A "strong-attendance" track record and a great attitude.
· Physical Strength: Ability to lift 30lbs+ and stay active on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
· The Basics: Grade 12 Diploma, ability to pass a police clearance, and your own safety gear (boots & glasses).
The Shift (Continental Rotation):
· The Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a continental rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend).
